- Married to Joan Ives Parisi and resides on East Main Street
- Lyman Hall High School and Leister Junior College graduate
- United States Army veteran; served 15 months in Korea from 1954 to 1956
- Supervisor, International Silver Company
- Founder and owner: Clean-Rite Inc. commercial and industrial cleaning service
- Director of Facilities Support Services, Gaylord Hospital
- Town Councilor for over 30 years; Chairman for twelve of those years
- Member, Ordinance and Merit Review Committees
- Established Problem Sites Committee to improve enforcement of Blight Ordinances
- Streamlined Budget Workshop procedures
- Member, Wallingford Republican Town Committee; received Committee's "Man of the Century" award
- District Administrator for Congressman Larry DeNardis from 1980-82
- Campaign Manager for State Senator Len Fasano for all of his campaigns
- Appointed to the Board of Pardons and Parole, serving three years, by former Governor M. Jody Rell
